The crusher plant SK 1118 consists of the following main components (see also figure 10): the substructure with pan the impact roll with impact heads the crusher housing the gearbox holder the roll height adjustment the central lubrication the water spray system The impact roll crusher SK 1111 is a continuous flow crusher which will be integrated into the stageloader of a coal mining installation. It is designed for breaking the coal mined to a size which allows it to be transported on a downstream belt system. The material to be broken is taken through the crusher by means of the stageloader. Larger lumps of coal are crushed by the impact roll while smaller pieces pass underneath the roll. Important! The section above is a general description of the crusher plant.
