Disconnecting the crawler unit Once the crawler unit is in position and the mobile machine is required to be disconnected, the following must be observed: 1.
The mobile machine is to be powered down as per relevant procedure.
2.
The 6m hose pack can then be disconnected from the pendant and appropriately stow to avoid damage to hoses or joystick.
3.
The 10m hose pack can then be disconnected and. appropriately stow to avoid damage to hoses.
The crawler units do not retain pressure in the hydraulic system once the mobile machine is shut down, with the exception of the pump station jacking cylinders. The jacking cylinders will retain fluid pressure until the levelling lever on the crawler unit is operated.
