MASTERSWITCH CALIBRATION Both masterswitches must be calibrated when a new Crowd or Hoist/Swing switch is installed. To allow for wear in the masterswitch components, they should be calibrated at 500 hour intervals.
1.
With Line Excitation (LE) off, turn the SET / RUN keyswitch to the SET position.
NOTE: The key for the SET / RUN keyswitch is removable in the RUN position only. 2.
Insert the key in the CALIBRATE MODE keyswitch and turn it to the ON position.
NOTE: The key for the CALIBRATE MODE keyswitch is removable in the OFF position only.

Center both masterswitches (joysticks) and release. Press the CALIBRATE JOYSTICK NEUTRAL pushbutton to accept the values.

Move each joystick to the maximum forward and reverse position on the "Y" axis and the maximum left and right position on the "X" axis until the values on the OIU screen stabilize. Push the CALIBRATE JOYSTICK MAXIMUM TRAVEL pushbutton.
Place the SET / RUN keyswitch back to the RUN position and the CALIBRATE keyswitch back to the OFF position to complete the calibration. The machine is now ready for operation.
IMPORTANT: When calibrating the masterswitches or after installing a replacement switch, both masterswitches must be calibrated.
