OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Operation Working When released, all control levers for working operation return automatically to position "0".
Level a surface only in the bucket's digging direction. Never "beat" or "sweep" with the bucket.
Loading bucket: Close bucket completely before beginning to dig. Do not level off a surface with the front shell of the bucket open.
Raising and lowering the boom To raise the boom: pull control lever (116, Fig. 2-82:) backwards. To lower the boom: push control lever (116) forwards. To lower the boom with pressure: depress button (103) and push control lever (116) forwards.
Extending and retracting the bucket stick
Filling and emptying the bucket or the backhoe To fill/tip back the bucket: shift control lever (116) to the left. To empty the bucket by dumping/tipping: shift control lever (116) to the right.
Opening and closing the bottom-dump bucket To open the bucket: press pedal (111) forwards. To close the bucket: press pedal (111) backwards.
Emergency lowering of the equipment In case of a failing out of the electronic excavator control and / or the engines lower the equipment as follows: Ü Switch on the electric system with switch (32, Fig. 2-83:) Ü Operate switch (91) Ü Push control lever (116) forwards
To extend the stick: push control lever (115) forwards. To retract the stick: pull control lever (115) backwards. To retract the stick with pressure: depress button (102) and push control lever (115) backwards.
