Apply a thin layer of hydraulic oil regularly on the control spools of the pedals (arrows, Fig. 3-98:) to prevent jamming of the control spools.
Apply a thin layer of hydraulic oil regularly on the control spools of the joysticks (arrows, Fig. 3-97:) to prevent jamming of the joysticks.

Make sure the hydraulic oil does not flow down along the control spools into the electronic control circuits where it might cause damage.
