OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS RH 340 Electric Inspection and servicing On-Board crane, checking tightness of fastening bolts The hydraulic driven on-board crane (Optional) is fixed on the uppercarriage of the machine by means of 16 fastening bolts. The upper and lower fastening bolts (Fig. Fig. 3-123:) are important and safety relevant components, they carry all loads and forces of the crane. Check tightness of all fastening bolts:
in regular intervals according to the maintenance plans and
before every start of the on-board crane.
Check tightness of the fastening bolts by means of a torque wrench. The tightening torque for fastening bolts M20, quality 10.9, lightly oiled is: 557 Nm.
