Risk of injury due to slipping. Clean off oil, grease, soil, mud, snow, ice and other substances from footwear, grab handles, ladders and steps.
Keep ladders, steps, platforms and grab handles in a non-slippery condition. For entering and leaving use only the ladders, steps, platforms and grab handles provided (see illustration in Fig. 2-8:).

The ramp lighting can also be switched on and off with switch (5, Fig. 2-11:). Fig. 2-8:
The switch (5) is located beside the cab door.
Ramp lighting The ramp-type ladder can be illuminated in the dark. The lighting switch is a pull switch operated with a string from the ground (1, Fig. 2-9:). The lighting system switch (2, Fig. 2-10:) is located under the counterweight.
