a) Installation

• Connect grease hose to the port ‘G’ of ALS block. • Connect the other end of grease hose to the port ‘G’ on the cylinder.

b) Grease refilling method

Grease refill by power grease gun. It can without reassemble cartridge.

Grease refill by manual grease gun. It can without reassemble cartridge. Relief valve is opened when the grease is refilled completely through this port, then over grease is by passed to the breaker side.

c) Adjustment

The amount of grease delivery per stroke can be set using the metering screw, allowing the unit to be adapted to differing requirements.
