BOOSTER BATTERIES

WARNING: Incorrect connection of starter cables or short circuit between battery terminals can result in serious injury. Connect starter cables following the instructions below.

PG03617 Check that the voltage of the booster batteries is compatible with the machine’s electrical system (24 volts). 1. Remove the shield.

2. Remove the terminal protection caps. 3. Connect the positive (+) starter cable (1) to the positive (+) terminal (2) of the first machine battery. 4. Connect the negative (-) starter cable (3) to the negative (-) terminal (4) of the second machine battery. 5. Start the engine. 6. Disconnect the booster battery negative (-) starter cable (3) then the booster battery positive (+) starter cable (1). 7. Install the terminal protection caps. 8. Install the shield.
