ENGINE HOODS

NOTE: In the P2AL Version, if fitted with independent dozer blade/stabilizers operation, to operate the dozer blade only or the dozer blade and stabilizers simultaneously, from the operator’s compartment, see “Operating the dozer blade/Stabilizers from the operator’s compartment” in the “Operating Instructions” Section.

ENGINE HOODS

Upper hood

WARNING: After fully opening the hood, make sure the locking system is properly engaged.

WARNING: Before travelling, make sure the hood is securely locked.

To close the hood, press the unlocking device and tilt the hood downward. IMPORTANT: Never close the hood without unlocking the gas strut, as this may cause damage.

PG02927 Raise the hood completely, using the handle. NOTE: Use the starter switch key to lock the hood.

Side hood

PG03606 The right-hand gas strut is fitted with a locking system.

PG02603M To access the battery and certain engine components, the side hood must be removed. Pull it upwards and then pull it towards you.
