Brakes disengagement
BRAKES DISENGAGEMENT
In the event the engine is inoperative and the machine must be moved, it is necessary to manually disengage the brakes, proceeding as follows:
Tooling required:
-wrench, 19 mm and 22 mm (0.74 and 0.87 in); -allen wrench 8 mm (0.31 in); -hand pump (*P/N 75295017); -2 brakes disengagement bolt (* P/N 380001315)
WARNING Brakes mechanically disengaged are inoperative. Prior to beginning the operations for the disengagement of the brakes, implement all the precautions required to block the machine. Brakes engaged position

WARNING Brakes mechanically disengaged are inoperative. Prior to beginning the brake disengagement operations, implement all necessary cautions to secure the machine.
Disengaging the brakes
Tilt the cab. 1) Remove guards (R, fig A) and stone guard (P) loosening securing screws (V) on both sides. 2) Remove plug (T) using an Allen wrench and tighten disengagement screw (A, fig. B 380001315) complete with washer and locknut (C) on piston (S).

1850-2M0093 3) Loosen plug (T) on connection (R) as indicated, on the transmission housing.

Connect hand pump (75295017) and actuate until disengagement screw (A, fig. E) indicating the unlocking of piston (S) (about 4.5 mm) (0.18 in).
Note – The hand pump must have a delivery of at least 100 cu cm per stroke and a head of at least 20 bar (290 p.s.i.). The cab-lifting pump is not sufficient to disengage the brakes.
