HEARTGIFT SAVES CHILDREN 'S LIVES

ALL OVER THE GLOBE, ONE IN 100 BABIES ARE BORN WITH A CONGENITAL HEART DEFECT.
Unlike the United States where heart defects are treated right away, 90% of these sick children live in countries where specialized pediatric cardiac medicine is either scarce or completely nonexistent. HeartGift’s mission is simple – provide free, life-saving heart surgery to children with congenital heart defects. The severity of the child’s illness determines where they will receive surgery and cost, ranging from $5,000-$25,000.
Surgeries are provided in the United States, Africa, Asia, and South America.
