gastronomy style. Unlike many steakhouses, Rhain is ahead of the game when it comes to gastrotheatrics. From the start to finish, the servers and chefs are slicing, dicing, and cooking with a flourish. Our Wagyu beef sushi was seared to a crisp in front of us and then garnished with avocado and cheese. Our shared main was their huge signature rack of lamb, sliced ceremoniously at the table by our chef. This was served with mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and asparagus spears.
