Special terms / discounts for Brokerage members We will offer a 10% discount to any school who utilises more than one service. e.g. Access Control Maintenance and Intruder Alarm Maintenance. We would offer a further 2.5% discount to any school adding CCTV maintenance.

Complaint escalation process Complaints can be logged by emailing sales@accesslock.co.uk or calling the office on 0208 597 1800 who will raise a non-conformance which will then be issued to the general manager to investigate and escalate if necessary.
