• Proposed temporary car park (with 5 spaces) only for the use of church congregation to alleviate parking pressures.

• Revised Planning Application now consented.

• In advance of works due to be carried out, condition surveys will be planned.

• Walker Construction Consultants will be contact with impacted residents.

• Temporary planning application has been consented.

• Development will be secured, with appropriate street lighting.

• It will provide more street activity and some natural surveillance.

MODULAR DEMONSTRATOR HOME

• Modular demonstrator home from Romford Market has now been removed, and is temporarily stored at the WQS site.

• In the next couple of weeks, it will be moved to Harrow.
