1tomatoseeded&small diced

1cupheavycream

2tsp.blackeningseasoning

2tsp choppedparsley

2tsp.greenonionsthinly sliced

DIRECTIONS CreoleCreamSauce

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter to the skillet & melt until bubbly Add the blackening seasoning, garlic, onion, peppers & celery. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the trinity has begun to soften. Add the white wine & the diced tomatoes to the hot skillet. Bring to a boil & reduce the heat & simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cream & then bring back to a boil & simmer for 5–7 minutes to reduce until sauce thickens. Sprinkle in the green onions & chopped parsley

The golf course received 0.3 inch of rain this week. The high winds required some debris cleanup, but the grounds team has remained focused on details around the golf course for the upcoming Burke Cup.
