Kent Redrow – 184 new homes, Hoo Peninsula Medway Council has granted planning consent to Redrow for 184 new homes on the Hoo Peninsula in Medway. The 28-acre site is located to the west of Cliffe Woods and will be transformed into Oakleigh Fields, containing 138 homes for private sale. The remaining homes will be affordable, available through shared ownership or affordable rent. Avant Homes – £71m land acquisition Avant Homes has acquired a 20-acre site at the Edmonstone Estate paving the way for 312 new homes as part of the wider Edmonstone residential development scheme. Subject to planning, the development is set to be named The Lanes at Edmonstone Estate. The development will feature a mixture of 227 private and 85 affordable homes.
