Sudbury is the place for food lovers especially in June. With its excellent selection of restaurants, eateries and bars, Sudbury will be promoting local produce and restaurants at the Taste of Sudbury Food & Drink Festival on June 14. The event is free to attend and there is a free park and ride from the Delphi Car Park. We have a diverse range of food stalls on the Market Hill and inside St. Peter’s. Live cooking demonstrations, a ready steady cook challenge, and the Guinness World Records have accepted our application for a record attempt of the ‘fastest time to fillet a salmon’ so Nick Barrett of Scutchers of Long Melford will go up against Mark David of The Cooking Experience to see who is the fastest and go for the record! For more information including the programme of events, exhibitors and sponsors visit www.tasteofsudbury.co.uk.
