Guimar is happy to share the final look of this project. The project is located at Tequesta Two in Brickell Key, Florida. The project was a total remodel replacing the floors, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, lighting, closets and custom built in. The realization of the project took several months to obtain this neat, clean, elegant contemporary result.
One of the details that have made this project unique is the exquisitely designed foyer. We made the decision to design an arch that goes up to the ceiling and ends in a door that leads to the powder room which is hidden with a bronze mirror door.
The Hidden/ frameless door was a solution for the powder room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom hallway keep clean and neat upgrading their apartment into a simple and luxurious space remarking the well known "less is more".The selected colors were neutral colors in the earth tone palette.
The powder room, we tried to create a wow factor where as soon as you enter you get a marble vanity "integrated under top and sink in marble", we selected an Anima Domus mirror and a KELLY WEARSTLER lamp. We put wallpaper from THE WALLPAPER COMPANY which is a linen wallcovering finished.
To create an exquisite dining room we selected a table for six people from harmony and we used velvet fabrics and a gray popup color. We added LED cove lighting in the dining area to add light into the space since the natural light is not accessible in that area.
The LED cove lighting was added to create an expansive vision of the room and add elegance.
We designed a TV unit with floating cabinets to hide all the TV/ audio equipment to maintain a gorgeous atmosphere. The furniture that we selected has the purpose to invite and entertain several people.
The kitchen was one of the main challenges because we wanted to have appliances hidden to keep the kitchen organized in order to keep the balance and luxurious style. The cabinets are from the FlorenseUSA and counter top from Iberia..
The selection of the furniture was a combination of many store furniture such as Restoration Hardware, Harmony Studio, Lazoni, and Tob furniture .
