TEQUILA SUNRISE
I’ll drink to that! TEQUILA SUNRISE Watch the sunset while drinking a sunrise! A zesty cocktail made to warm the soul on those cool spring evenings. This recipe serves two!
Method
INGREDIENTS 4tsp grenadine 100ml tequila 2 tbsp triple sec 2 large oranges or 4 small oranges, juiced 1 Lemon, juiced 2 maraschino cherries to serve
Pour grenadine into two glasses (2tsp per glass) and set aside. Using a cocktail shaker add ice, tequila, triple sec and the fruit juices and get shaking! Pour the concoction into the glasses, trying to avoid disturbing the grenadine layer. Garnish each glass with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!
