TEQUILA SUNRISE

Watch the sunset while drinking a sunrise! A zesty cocktail made to warm the soul on those cool spring evenings. This recipe serves two!

Pour grenadine into two glasses (2tsp per glass) and set aside. Using a cocktail shaker add ice, tequila, triple sec and the fruit juices and get shaking! Pour the concoction into the glasses, trying to avoid disturbing the grenadine layer. Garnish each glass with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!

4tsp grenadine 100ml tequila 2 tbsp triple sec 2 large oranges or 4 small oranges, juiced 1 Lemon, juiced 2 maraschino cherries to serve

PINA COLADA

If you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain. We would much rather be in the sunshine listening to this 70’s classic, signing along with a Pina Colada in hand!

This tasty tropical recipe serves four and is best served chilled!

INGREDIENTS

250ml coconut milk 250ml pineapple juice 125ml rum 4 tablespoons caster sugar

Method

Simply mix all the ingredients and pop in some ice cubes and you’re good to go!

CLASSIC MINTY MOJITO

Put that homegrown mint to good use and make a classic mint mojito, the perfect pitcher to share with family and friends!

INGREDIENTS

6 limes 4 tbsp granulated sugar 4-5 mint sprigs Ice 350ml white rum 600ml sparkling water Chop each lime into 6ths and pop into a large pitcher. Add in the sugar and squish the lime with a muddler to get all the juices out. Using the leaves from the sprigs of mint, rub them with your hands – this will help bring out that minty flavour, then add them into the jug! Add in as much ice as you desire and pour in the rum and sparkling water, mix and you’re done!
