Call for sites has recently ended
The five year housing land supply for North Devon and Torridge was successfully challenged through an appeal against the refusal to grant planning permission for 181 dwellings in Great Torrington (APP/W1145/W/19/3238460) published on the 18th March 2020 which determined that it was not possible to demonstrate a five year supply of deliverable housing land.
