On Wednesday Oct 31st GTB Gov. Departments held the annual Halloween Trunk Or Treat. This year the function was held in parking lot D by the GTB Administration Building. The event lasted from 11AM to Noon as all Children were welcome to attend the event. Staff from the Benodjenh Center brought children down in costume to kick start the Trick or Treat festivities.
