GTB HONORS VETERANS
The GTB Veterans POWWOW was held Friday Nov. 9th at the GTB Charlevoix site. Participants and vendors were treated to a potluck feast before Grand Entry. It was a large turnout this year as GTB members gathered to honor veterans of all nations for their sacrifice and service to our country. Veteran representatives from every American armed conflict dating back to the Korean war were at the event. These brave men and woman, although serving decades apart , shared a cohesive bond in the love for each other and their country. Our Native veterans remained resilient, often serving in the ranks amongst discrimination, further demonstrating their warrior spirit in the defense of their loved ones and our nations freedom.
