Student Scholars Symposium The Office of Research and Undergraduate Research Council would like to formally invite our student scholars to submit proposals for the 2024 Georgia Southern Student Scholars Symposium. Projects for this exhibition can be in the form of oral presentations, posters, panels, performances, and other creative inquiry or endeavors. The symposia will take place across two days coinciding with Undergraduate Research Week, on April 16th at the Statesboro Russell Union, and April 18th at the Armstrong Campus Student Union. Students are encouraged to present on the campus where they attend classes. Students may elect to participate on both campuses (submit the “both” option). You must be present at both if you select that option. Preparing Submissions. Submissions will be made via Google Form this year and are due by March 3, 2024. You must confirm acknowledgement of your advisor before your proposal will be accepted. You will be prompted at a later date to submit consent for archiving (if you so choose), as well as your poster for printing, should you select that medium. One poster will be printed for you free of charge if submitted by April 7, 2024. You may elect to provide your own poster if you are unable to meet that deadline or so choose. Please check with your advisor to ensure you are selecting the appropriate medium for your submission.
