CCRL - INSTRUMENT OF THE WEEK

ThisweekisfocusedontheShimadzuLCMS-9030Q-TOF(QuadrupoleTime-of-Flight)instrument.

TheShimadzuLCMS-9030Q-TOF(QuadrupoleTime-of-Flight)isahigh-resolutionmassspectrometer thatcananalyzeavarietyofsamples.

SampleTypes:

Biologicalsamples:Wholeblood,foranalyzingdrugsandtheirmetabolites.

Polymeradditives:Infoodcontainers,forqualitativeandquantitativeanalysis.

Naturalproductextracts:Likehoneysuckleflowers,foridentificationandprofilingofcompounds. Monoclonalantibodies(mAbs):Forcharacterizationinbiopharmaceuticaldevelopment.

Foodproducts:Forassessingfoodsafety,authenticity,andnutritionalvaluesbydetecting contaminantsoridentifyingcomponents.

Environmentalsamples:Foranalyzingair,waterandsoilforpollutants.

Pharmaceuticalsamples:Formonitoringandidentifyingimpurities,degradationproducts,and metabolites

Capabilities:

HighSensitivity&Accuracy:Offerssuperiordetectionacrossawideconcentrationrange,including ultra-tracecompounds,withexcellentmassmeasurementaccuracyforconfidentcompound identification.

UltrafastPerformance:Enableshigh-speeddataacquisitionforhigh-throughputlabs.

MicroflowCompatibility:Micro-ESI9030interfacesupportsmicroflowanalysisforhighersensitivity, fasterresults,andimprovedrobustness.

VersatileAnalysis:SupportsbothqualitativeandquantitativeLC-MSanalysis.

AdvancedDataProcessing:IntegrateswithLabSolutionsandInsightforMS/MSsearches,structural analysis,formulaprediction,andchargestatedeconvolution.

ImagingCapability:PairedwithiMScopeQT,allowshigh-resolutionMS/MSimagingoftissue samples.

Reliable&Robust:Deliversreproducibleresultswithminimalcalibrationandlong-termquantitative consistency.
