Hoy tienen en sus manos la edición de mayo de nuestra publicación mensual de la Revista SOMOS ALTO. Al igual que en ediciones anteriores, buscamos destacar no solo los hitos de ALTO como empresa en los distintos países donde tenemos operaciones, sino que también buscamos celebrar a cada uno de nuestros colaboradores. Estas instancias de conocimiento nos permiten acercarnos a los objetivos que tenemos como ALTO, y conocer de igual manera, como nos desarrollamos en las distintas esferas que conforman la vida. Por ésta razón aprovechamos de saludar y agradecer a todos los colaboradores de ALTO, y los in vitamos a seguir con fuerza en el sendero de la innovación y la excelencia que nos caracteriza, brindando el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes y mejorando día a día.

Cuando quieran hacer negocios o establecer una relación de cualquier tipo, los ayudamos a que confíen lo más rápido posible. Esto lo logramos integrando y analizando datos públicos para armar un reporte en tiempo real y que permite a nuestros clientes validar antecedentes de personas o empresas con plena confianza, enfocándose 100% en su negocio.

los datos de la persona para ser posteriormente revisados por un tercero en fuentes públicas y así ver si calificaba según los criterios de selección fijados. Esos procesos que parecen ser muy simple, demoraban más de dos horas en obtener una respuesta lo que dificultaba la rapidez en los resultados y la eficiencia que se necesita tener en el día a día. Con ALTO Checks logramos cambiarlo. Nos integramos a su planilla y un proceso que antes demoraba más de dos horas hoy demora solo tres minutos, lo que significa ahorro de tiempo y costos. ¿Cuáles son los desafíos? El desafío es despegar con fuerza en Chile, México y Colombia. Actualmente estamos operando en Chile, donde tenemos más de 30 clientes y vamos por muy buen camino con una tasa de cierre importante este 2021. Próximamente, segundo semestre 2021, estaremos lanzando la plataforma en Colombia y México. Éstas se encuentran en desarrollo y afinando detalles para poder operar. Los equipos de ventas ya han mostrado la plataforma a los clientes actuales y hay mucho interés por trabajar con ella. Estoy seguro que lograremos mucho, que seguiremos creciendo e innovando.

¿Cómo ves ALTO Checks en el mediano plazo?

Can you give me an example of usability and results obtained? We have a mobility customer who contacted us because he had an efficiency problem in data validation. When adding new partners, the company would manually fill in the person’s data on a spreadsheet to be later reviewed by a third party in public sources and thus see if they qualified according to the established selection criteria. These processes, which seem to be very simple, took more than two hours to obtain a response, which made it difficult for the results to be quick and efficient on a dayto-day basis. With ALTO Checks we managed to change it. We integrate into your payroll and a process that previously took more than two hours now takes only three minutes, which means time and cost savings. . What are the challenges? The challenge is to get off the ground in Chile, Mexico, and Colombia. We are currently operating in Chile, where we have more than 30 clients and we are on the right track with a significant closing rate in 2021. Soon, in the second half of 2021, we will be launching the platform in Colombia and Mexico. These are under development and fine-tuning details to be able to operate. Carlos Borges, Mi familia
Mi nombre es Carlos Guillermo Borges Hernández, mis amigos me dicen Carlitos. La primera vez que estudié, me gradué muy joven, estudié citotecnología, un área de la biología que estudia las células que constituyen los órganos y sistemas del cuerpo humano, por lo tanto, es del área de la salud. Como quería seguir estudiando, di un giro de 360 grados y estudié y me gradué en derecho. Ingresé a la compañía el 21 de febrero del 2019, actualmente mi cargo es el de Gerente de cuenta, por lo que pertenezco al área de postventa, específicamente con el cliente Walmart México, por ende, cierto parte del equipo ALTO México.
UN ALTO EN EL CAMINO
Me agrada mucho mi cargo porque me permite juntar el área comercial donde he tenido amplio desarrollo, y mi carrera en derecho, específicamente en la rama del derecho penal, que es la rama que más me gusta. Me encanta poder tener interacción con distintas personas estar en campo me ha permitido conocer también distintos lugares.

Tengo dos años y medio viviendo en México, específicamente en la Ciudad de México, me gusta, es mi hogar, me siento completamente adaptado y me encanta la cultura y el trato por parte de las personas. Mi color favorito es el azul, me encanta la música pop y mi deporte preferido el fútbol. De joven participaba del deporta, jugaba mucho fútbol, pero a medida que fui creciendo me incliné mas hacia las actividades al aire libre, como subir montañas ENERO 2021

My name is Carlos Guillermo Borges Hernández, my friends call me Carlitos. The first time I studied, I graduated very young, I studied cytotechnology, an area of biology that studies the cells that make up the organs and systems of the human body, therefore, part of health area. Since I wanted to continue studying, I took a 360-degree turn and studied and graduated in law. I joined the company on February 21, 2019, currently, my position is that of Account Manager, so I belong to the after-sales area, specifically with the Walmart Mexico client, therefore, am part of the ALTO Mexico team. I really like my position because it allows me to join the commercial area where I have had extensive development, and my career in law, specifically in the branch of criminal law, which is the branch that I like the most. I love being able to interact with different people. Being in the field has also allowed me to get to know different places. I have been living in Mexico for two and a half years, specifically in Mexico City, I like it, it is my home, I feel completely adapted and I love the culture and the way people treat me.
My favorite color is definitely blue, I love pop music and my favorite sport is soccer. As a young man I took part in sports activities, I played a lot of soccer, but as I grew older I leaned more towards outdoor activities, such as climbing mountains and trails. I also did CrossFit, which captivated me for being a group activity.

My name is Jeremiah Wood, my friends call me Sib. I earned my bachelor’s degree in music education from Temple University. I considered pursuing a computer science degree, as technology was another major hobby that I enjoyed, but in the end, I finally went with music. Music has always been a big part of my life and I wanted to continue exploring that path in college. I joined ALTO in November of 2020, my current position is Customer Success Specialist, I work on the Northern California team with Sofia Rosende as the Director of the market. When it comes to my hobbies, I still enjoy playing music, but I’m also an avid fan of programming, video games, and relaxing with my dogs.

My favorite color is red, my favorite food has always been sushi, probably because it’s perfected simplicity. I enjoy watching college basketball, but it has been a few years since the last time I attended a game.

Mi nombre es Jeremiah Wood, mis amigos me llaman Sib. Obtuve mi licenciatura en educación musical de la Universidad de Temple. Consideré la posibilidad de obtener una licenciatura en informática, ya que la tecnología era otro hobby que disfrutaba, pero al final, me decidí por la música. La música siempre ha sido una gran parte de mi vida y quería seguir explorando ese camino en la universidad. Me uní a ALTO en noviembre de 2020, mi puesto actual es el de Customer Success Specialist, trabajo en el equipo del Norte de California con Sofia Rosende como Directora de Mercado. Cuando se trata de mis pasatiempos, disfruto tocar música, pero también soy un fanático de la programación, los videojuegos y relajarme con mis perros.
I am a big fan of all genres of music; from Queen to Broadway, to orchestral music. My favorite concert I attended, I would say, was at the London Symphony Orchestra back in March of 2009 at the Barbican Hall, in London. I was born in Montana but mostly grew up in the small town of Williamstown, West Virginia. I moved to California from Denver, Colorado, but I have lived all over the U.S. I really enjoy the relaxed feel and the snow-covered Rockies in the background, while having all the amenities of any large city. Mi color favorito es el rojo, mi comida favorita siempre ha sido el sushi, probablemente porque es un minimalismo perfecto. Disfruto viendo baloncesto universitario, pero han pasado algunos años desde la última vez que asistí a un juego.
