Curbside Service is available for lunch (11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) on Saturdays and Sundays and dinner (5:30 - 8:00 p.m.) Tuesday through Sundays only. You may order curbside service to-go menu items from the restaurant that is open on that particular day (the DRT and Family Grille Menu will be available on Tuesdays).

Please see hours of operation listed above. You will find menus listed below. To order, please call (336) 6915807. Please stay in your car. Your food will be brought out to you under the porte cochere at the Irving Park Clubhouse. Curbside service is not available at the Farm at this time.

Ingredients

Brown Sugar Granulated Sugar Butter (room temp) Eggs Baking Soda Salt Cake Flour Vanilla Extract Chocolate Chips

Instructions

1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

3. Add dry ingredients on slow speed until combined.

4. Finish with chocolate chips, mix until combined.

5. For best results scoop and freeze before baking.

6. Bake at 325-350 F for 12-14 minutes.

Make a Bubble Snake!

Materials Needed • • • • • • • • •

One Gallon Water 2/3 Cup Dish Washing Liquid Soap Pitcher Liquid Food Coloring Plastic Bottle Scissors An Old Sock or a Washcloth Rubber Band Bubble Tray or a Disposable Plate or Bowl

Instructions Make the Bubble Solution of water and dish washing soap in a container (you can use less ingredients for a smaller batch).

Find an empty plastic water bottle (16.9 FL Oz.) or soda bottle equivalent to the same size. Take the scissors and carefully remove the bottom of the container. Once this is removed, secure a sock or a washcloth (secured with a rubber band) over the newly opened end.

Take your liquid food coloring and create a stripe of each color (red, yellow, green, and blue) across the bottom of the sock or washcloth. The more you add to the bottom, the more vibrant the colors.

Dip the rainbow end into the bubble solution. Be sure to get a good soak of bubbles on it to create your snake.

Blow on the other end of the container to blow out that colorful bubble snake. Be sure to stress to your kids to not suck in their breath (who wants to swallow bubbles? Yuck!).
