Team Lead Training

In September, more than 30 Grace Health Team Leads came together for a quarterly training focused on key topics like patient safety, team support, and leadership growth.

These sessions provide an invaluable opportunity for our leaders to enhance their skills, tackle challenges, and celebrate their achievements as they continue to grow in their roles.

The leads are eager to apply their new insights and strategies within their teams, further strengthening their leadership and the quality of care we provide to our patients.

Their hard work and dedication play a vital role in ensuring Grace Health continues to positively impact the lives of those we serve. We’re incredibly thankful for their commitment to excellence and daily efforts to make a difference.

Halloween

The last months of 2024 were full of fun as we celebrated various holidays and events across our service area. In October, Grace Health employees got into the Halloween spirit with a pumpkin-decorating contest and creative costumes. It was a fun way to showcase talent and teamwork across our locations.

Out and About with Our Community Health Workers

Community Health Workers Johnny Benge and Amber Black were spotted far and wide as they represented Grace Health throughout the season. Dr. Christine Butler joined them at NIBROC as they braved the rain and wind and held down the fort.

Amber attended the Whitley County Farmer’s Market every Tuesday and was often joined by others across the organization, including Medical Campus retail pharmacist Jake Williams, PharmD, and PR Specialist Rebekah Riggs, MSHHP.
