We are delighted to welcome you to Golborne High School tonight for just a small taste of what our school has to offer.

We hope that you will find our staff and pupils to be friendly and helpful and we encourage you to ask them any questions that you may have about what it is like to attend our school.

We are all very proud of our achievements at Golborne. The children love learning and our staff are passionate about their subjects and delivering exciting and engaging lessons. We enjoy nothing more than sharing our pride in the school with visitors. We hope that you enjoy this evening and leave wanting to be a part of the Golborne Family.

On your tour of the school, we encourage you to visit as many subjects as you can to take part in exciting activities with our teachers and pupils. Look out for areas in each subject where pupils’ work is displayed to show you just some of the outcomes of our ambitious curriculum.

Drop into I-Class to meet our SENDCo and inclusion team, or visit the Heads of Year and Pastoral team in room 25 to find out about the many additional things we have in place to support pupils in their time at Golborne.

You can even sample the food we serve at lunchtime by stopping at the dining hall during your visit.

We are always open to feedback from our visitors, so we would love to hear your thoughts through the short survey you will receive at the end of your visit.

Have an enjoyable evening, we hope after visiting you will want us to be your school of choice.

If you choose Golborne, we look forward to welcoming you and your children into the Golborne Family in September!
