Overview of the Blue Eye
 RVM Solution

Hi Joe,

My name is Justin Henriksen and I’m the CEO of Blue Eye.

Let me begin by saying we are so grateful for the opportunity to support you and your burgeoning grow operation. Please know we take every customer relationship very seriously and are committed to serving you with best-in-class security solutions.

Our remote video monitoring solution was established with the core purpose of protecting people, property and assets. Since launching this offering, we’ve lived and breathed this purpose across thousands of different properties nationwide. Our passionate team has deep domain expertise working across dozens of different industries, including retail, healthcare, self-storage, construction, commercial real estate and, of course, cannabis.

Remote video monitoring (RVM) is a fast-growing segment of the security industry – and with good reason. Property owners and managers are adopting this technology at an increased rate given its effectiveness in deterring crime and rapid response to potential threats or incidents. Given your interest in learning more I know we don’t have to convince you about the importance of ensuring a safe, protected environment for your product and employees.

Blue Eye distinguishes itself from an increasingly crowded field of competitors as the remote video monitoring sector's most flexible provider. We never take a one-size-fits-all approach to monitoring a site. We recognize that every property is unique and are constantly reevaluating how to most effectively monitor each property we serve.

I know Johnny is headed out to visit you and the farm later this week. You’ll be well taken care of; however please don’t ever hesitate to reach out to me directly should any questions or concerns arise.

Thanks Joe,

Partnering with Existing
 Security Guard Services

Some properties require an

extra

layer

of vigilance

and responsiveness. Recognizing this,
the Blue Eye solution was designed to operate seamlessly alongside on-site guards. This partnership enhances situational awareness, ultimately allowing for quicker response
 times

and more effective threat mitigation

.

More Than Just Deterrence

Combining remote video monitoring with on-site guards is a win-win for properties seeking extra coverage.

tilize cameras and sensors to monitor lar e areas simultaneously, complementin the physical presence of security uards. This combination ensures that every corner of the property is monitored, reducin blind spot Detect suspicious activities instantly and alert on-site security uards in real time. This proactive approach enables quick response to potential threats, minimizin the risk of security breaches.

Operate around the clock, providin continuous monitorin even durin non-business hours or when physical security uards are on breaks.

Cost-Savings Still Possible

Remote video monitorin reduces the need for additional on-site personnel while still maintainin continuous monitorin . Properties don’t need to completely trade out their security uards in order
to realize cost-savin s. In fact, au mentin with remote video monitorin results in optimized resource allocation, enablin or anizations that previously required, for instance, two full-time on-site uards, to reduce that burden down to one without compromisin security standards.

Use Cases of Combined Approach

On-site uards can assist with entry / exit mana ement based on video monitorin data, reducin nuisance alarms and enhancin customer experience

Guards can physically verify and cover areas not monitored by cameras, providin visual evidence of trouble spots to address security concerns promptly

On-site uards confirm reported activities and directly escalate to local authorities, streamlinin coordination efforts and ensurin swift response to security incidents fter security events, uards respond to ather details and evidence for insurance claims, minimizin monitorin center involvement and providin thorou h incident resolution.

Introducing Blue Eye x Secyre

In 2018, Blue Eye entered into a joint venture with Secyre, a security technolo y company that binds properties, security professionals and communities to ether throu h a web-based dispatch application. Secyre increases safety and decreases crime by allowin businesses to summon professional, affordable uard services from anywhere with only the push of a button. Secyre is ideal for or anizations wantin to levera e on-site uards on an asneeded basis.
