LIFE MEMBER The life member status is available to an eligible person who has received the Award of Excellence for five consecutive years or seven cumulative years, commencing in 1984. Any person receiving the Award in 1983 or prior may qualify with five cumulative years. TOP INDIVIDUAL LISTING AWARD The award is presented to the Greater Nashville REALTORS® member who had the most listing transactions during the calendar year. TOP INDIVIDUAL SELLING AWARD The award is presented to the Greater Nashville REALTORS® member who had the most selling transactions during the calendar year. TOP TEAM LISTING AWARD The award is presented to the Greater Nashville REALTORS® member team (REALTOR® member with two or more licensed agents working for or with them in any capacity at any time during the applicable year) who had the most listing transactions during the calendar year.

TOP TEAM SELLING AWARD The award is presented to the Greater Nashville REALTORS® member team (REALTOR® member with two or more licensed agents working for or with them in any capacity at any time during the applicable year) who had the most selling transactions during the calendar year. REALTOR® OF THE YEAR AWARD The award is presented to the Greater Nashville REALTORS® member who has made the most significant contribution to the real estate profession/industry. Recipient is selected by the five immediate past REALTOR® of the Year recipients. ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD The award is presented to the Greater Nashville REALTORS® member for whom 2020 was their first full year in real estate and had more transactions than all other like members.
RISING STAR AWARD Nominations will be received from the membership and the Greater Nashville REALTORS® president appoints a Rising Star selection committee annually to be made up of five member s to include (1) a YPN representative who has been in the industry for over three years; (2) the most recent Rising Star recipient who is available to come to the scheduled meeting; (3) three Greater Nashville REALTORS® committee chairs as selected by the president. The president shall choose the best qualified leader to chair the selection committee. Award is presented at the annual Awards of Excellence event. EDUCATION ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS: Greater Nashville REALTORS® members who complete 45 hours of post-license real estate education between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2020, are eligible to receive the Education Achievement Award.
AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR AWARD This award acknowledges the distinguished involvement of the industry service provider who has held Greater Nashville REALTORS® membership for a minimum of two (2) years at the time of nomination for their active participation in the Greater Nashville REALTORS® programs and activities, and general support of the Association and the REALTOR® membership. TOP TEAM LEASE REPRESENTATION AWARD The award is presented to the Greater Nashville REALTORS® member team (Greater Nashville REALTORS ® member with two or more licensed agents working for or with them in any capacity at any time during the applicable year) who had the most tenant representation transactions during the calendar year. This award requires broker’s initial for certification.
GOOD NEIGHBOR AWARD Nominations will be received from the membership and the Greater Nashville REALTORS® president appoints a Good Neighbor Award selection committee annually to be made up of seven members to include (1) the three most recent recipients who are available to come to the scheduled meeting; (2) the two most recent REALTORS® of the Year; (3) the association’s sitting president during the awards qualification cycle; (4) the association’s sitting president during the awards ceremony year. The president shall choose the best qualified leader to chair the selection committee, which may include him/herself.
