DOGS WITHOUT LEASHES There are still residents who walk their dogs without them being on a leash or without carrying a plastic bag with them to clean up after their dog. Although your dog might not be aggressive in nature, there are residents and especially children who are scared of dogs. Please ensure your dog is kept on a leash at all times and that you clean up after them to ensure that this is an enjoyable Estate for everybody. Penalties will be imposed without any warning as this matter has been addressed on numerous occasions.

SWIMMING POOL RULES The swimming pool is being maintained on a daily basis and a lot of time and money is being spent to ensure that residents can enjoy this facility. Sadly, this is not appreciated. Items like glass, paper, food, rocks, dreadlocks, dog leashes, etc are being found inside the swimming pool on a daily basis. The Creepy Crawly is constantly being taken apart “just for the fun of it” which causes damage to the pool pump and also results in the pool going green. 10

SWIMMING POOL RULES

Foreign objects inside the pool are also being sucked up by the Creepy Crawly which causes a blockage and results in the pool pump burning out. The rules of the pool are displayed and are being ignored.

THE RULES OF THE POOL ARE AS FOLLOWS:

The Management and Board of Directors have taken a stance of “no tolerance” on the matter. The rules of the pool need to be adhere to by all residents, especially the children. Camera footage will be closely monitored and if rules are not being adhered to, severe penalties will be implemented with immediate effect. No prior warning letter will be sent.

• • • • • • •

No pets are allowed in the swimming pool area No drinking glasses are allowed in the area Do not play with the Creepy Crawly, floaters, pipes, drain covers, etc. No littering is allowed. Please make use of the dustbins provided No climbing or jumping over the pool fence Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult Please limit excessive jumping and splashing in times of water restrictions

Your assistance and cooperation are appreciated.
