SWIMMING POOL Maintenance on the pool is completed, but please note that the pool is not yet open for use.

TENNIS COURT The maintenance on the tennis court is almost completed. Communication will be sent as soon as bookings can take place.

The parking of vehicles on the common property i.e greenbelt areas, pavement areas and cul-de-sac areas is prohibited. Residents are also not allowed to park their vehicles in the visitors parking area in front of the Clubhouse. Penalties will be issued.

DOGS ON
Leashes
We would like to thank those residents who keep their dogs on leashes when walking with them in the Estate. We would also like to thank those residents who carry a plastic bag with them to clean up after their dogs. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We would like to urge all residents to ensure your dog is on a leash and always keep a plastic bag with you when walking your dog. Severe penalties will be imposed for non-compliance. Please be considerate to other residents and pets. 8
SPEEDING
in the Estate
There is a 30 km/h speed limit in the Estate. There are some residents who do not keep to this speed limit. At times there are children, animals and cyclists on the roads and drivers should take care.
