Strongmen and women compete For the sixth year in a row, Queensland’s Strongest Man and Woman returns to the Beerwah Charity Sports Day to showcase unbelievable feats of strength. Athletes will be fighting for a chance to be invited to the Arnold

Classic, Australia's premier strength competition, which will be held next year in Melbourne. Come down to see men and women move weights you may not think possible. The event includes anything from a steel log weighing more than their body weight going flying above their heads to men and women lifting a car. Along with other profits from the sports day, proceeds from the strongman competition will be donated to Cancer Council Queensland. For more information, contact Andrew on 0413 795 695.
