2025-2026 Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Fall Program Guide
2025-26 Fall Program Guide
AugustDecember 2025
The new membership year is here, and I couldn’t be more excited for what lies ahead for Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. I’ve already witnessed the incredible power of this movement: girls stepping into leadership, discovering new passions, rising to meet challenges, and forming friendships, sisterhoods and mentorships that will last a lifetime.
My hope is that every Girl Scout experience sparks joy, builds confidence, and ignites personal growth. Behind each of those experiences is a community of dedicated staff and volunteers who make the magic happen. Whether your girl wants to adventure outdoors, explore STEM, strengthen their leadership skills, or simply build lasting bonds in a space that’s safe and empowering, we welcome her with open arms.
This Program Guide is your invitation to the world of Girl Scouting. Inside, you’ll find countless ways to lead, learn, and connect over the next few months. But more than anything, I hope you see just how deeply we value every girl and the future she represents.

ABOUT GIRL SCOUTS
What Is Girl Scouts?
Girl Scouts began in 1912 with just 18 trailblazing girls right here in Georgia. While most women had recently earned the right to vote, many still followed strict social norms and restrictions educationally and financially. The Girl Scout organization changed this. Girls were encouraged to embrace their unique strengths and create opportunities based on their interest, not someone else’s. Girls began participating in areas previously limited to them, including sports, science, and outdoor adventures. The values instilled in girls more than 100 years ago are still true today – helping every girl unlock her full potential, find lifelong friends, and make the world a better place.
Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta serves more than 33,000 girl and adult members in 34 counties in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area. Tucked away in the heart of Atlanta and next door to the historic Camp Timber Ridge, the Mableton Service Center is home to our staff offices, retail store and resource center for volunteers.
Girl Scout Mission
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
Girl Scout Promise
On my honor, I will try:
To serve God and my country, To help people at all times, And to live by the Girl Scout Law.
Girl Scout Law
I will do my best to be: honest and fair, friendly and helpful, considerate and caring, courageous and strong, and responsible for what I say and do, and to:
respect myself and others, respect authority, use resources wisely, make the world a better place, and
be a sister to every Girl Scout.
A Journey Through Girl Scouts
Girl Scouts is more than a moment; it’s a journey. Each level offers new adventures, skills, and unique opportunities tailored to a girl’s age and stage. The longer they stay, the deeper the impact. From planting seeds as a Daisy to changing the world as an Ambassador, every step is rooted in joy.
DAISIES (Grades K-1)
From planting a garden to making new friends, everything sparkles with “Girl Scout newness.” Daisy experiences are an adventure filled with sisterhood, giggles, learning, and fun.
BROWNIES (Grades 2-3)
Brownies are all about curiosity and exploration. Whether it’s trying new games, diving into the outdoors, or discovering new interests, Brownies build skills and broaden horizons together.
JUNIORS (Grades 4-5)
Juniors step into leadership while having fun along the way. They earn their Bronze Award, take on troop projects, and start turning ideas into action.
CADETTES (Grades 6-8)
Cadettes embrace independence, discover new passions, and grow as changemakers. From earning the Silver Award to joining big events, Cadettes dream big and go for it.
SENIORS (Grades 9-10)
Senior Girl Scouts expand their world— whether it’s traveling abroad, starting career prep, or working toward the prestigious Gold Award. They’re confident and ready to lead.
AMBASSADORS (Grades 11-12)
As the final step before adulthood, Ambassadors innovate, lead advocacy projects, and prepare for the future. Whether earning the Gold Award or mentoring younger girls, they leave their mark.
