• We are delighted to share our proposal for a programme to support and develop the Parker Meggitt graduate and apprenticeship programmes . Based on our discussions, we have mapped out a development journey that will comprise quarterly face to face events for year one cohorts with a “catch up” masterclass for those in year two +
• We have included some online masterclass options that could be delivered in between the face-to-face masterclasses to deepen learning. These would be one hour or 90 minute sessions.
• We have suggested content and development that we feel is most relevant for your colleagues but can adapt existing content or create new masterclasses to meet specific needs.
• Face to face masterclasses would be highly interactive half day sessions delivered by either George or Sam supported by Mike.

The diagram outlines the suggested shape, content and timing of a programme to support Parker Meggitt apprentices and graduates to flourish and perform at their best. We would kick off the programme with a face-to-face session for year 1s focusing on personal effectiveness and goal setting and a face-to-face session for years 2+ delivering foundational mental and physical wellbeing development. This latter session would enable them to catch up on the content already delivered to year 1s as part of this years inductions. We would then build on this foundational knowledge with online stress, resilience and digital wellbeing sessions that all graduates and apprentices from different year groups could join (our capacity per session is 500). Our second face-to-face session will focus on personal brand and networking followed by series of masterclasses designed to develop individual performance and effectiveness both on and beyond the programme. We propose concluding with a face-to-face communication masterclass to develop key communication skills and distil all of the learnings from the programme.
