





This proposal outlines how the team at Gen Healthy Minds can support Kubrick to put in place a comprehensive wellbeing and performance programme that will ensure their colleagues can thrive and perform at their best during their training and subsequent placements.
Our proposal is to deliver in three key stages;
1. Pre-join – a short online session focused on encouraging positive wellbeing behaviours prior to joining Kubrick
2. Wellbeing and resilience build – as part of the wider technical training we would deliver some core wellbeing and resilience training to help graduates deal with the challenges of choosing and completing placements. This would be delivered face to face in either full or half day sessions during the 15 weeks.
3. Performance build – during the placement phase we would bring together blended cohorts to Boost sessions designed to develop different aspects of performance that will allow each graduate to perform at their best. We would recommend that these are delivered either monthly or bi-monthly.

masterclass will help participants boost their mental wellbeing every day to perform at their best

Our “Boost your performance – making stress your friend” masterclass will help participants make stress their friend and boost their performance
• Explore the “performance curve” and why stress is important to achieve peak performance
• Be able to recognize signs of stress and why they are manifesting themselves
• Learn tools and techniques for managing stress levels each day

Our “Boost your physical wellbeing”
masterclass looks at how we can boost our physical and mental energy to perform at our best
• Gain practical skills to improve diet, activity levels, sleep and hydration

• Learn practical movement and stretching routines to build into your working day

• How to remove barriers to performance.

Our “Boost your self confidence” looks to help deal those with Early career anxieties by exploring what is confidence, how is it can be created, affected and applied.
• We will explore tools and techniques to boost confidence in our professional and personal lives in order to maximise performance.
• Explore the psychology of confidence and how we can train our brains to boost confidence and performance.

Our “Boost your Motivation ” masterclass explores how we can find motivation and maintain it every day
• This Masterclass will look at both short and longterm motivation and what drives and inhibits both.
• Participants will explore the relationship between targets, expectations and motivation.
• They will also explore how to motivate themselves in uncertain times and in new environments which is so key in the rapidly changing business landscape.
Our “Boost your personal brand” helps participants to stand out as well as fit in at work. To truly thrive at work it is important that we seek ways to not only fit in, but also to stand out.
