











• We are delighted to share our proposal for a programme to support and develop your HPE Services graduates . Following our discussion and the overview of your plans that you shared, we have mapped out a development journey that will commence in July 2023 where we will deliver twice monthly online Masterclasses over the course of 6 months.
• We have suggested content and development that we feel is most relevant at each stage of the graduate's development in the first year of their programme.
• As your graduates all work remotely our Masterclasses will be delivered online and will be 90-120 mins in duration. Ideal numbers for each session would be between 30-50 however we can accommodate larger numbers and this can be discussed going forward.
• Also as discussed it would be beneficial for an expert from HPE to be involved during some of the Masterclasses to give your colleagues a further understanding of some real life experiences.
• Our Masterclasses will be delivered by our team of wellbeing and performance experts.
Alex is a leading expert in Digital Wellbeing having conducted Academic research at Aberdeen University with a research focus on the impact that digital technology is having on wellbeing. She has used her expertise to create Live More Offline and a series of programmes to help people create a healthy relationship with digital technology in the workplace
Sam Bishop is one of the Uk’s leading performance psychologists. Sam works with elite sports men and women as well as top businessmen and women to help them achieve peak performance in their roles
Mike has worked for nearly two decades in early careers at Barclays and more latterly through his Gen Healthy Minds business working with businesses to deliver wellbeing and performance programmes that support business growth
George is an international wellbeing speaker, coach and author who has worked with individuals and corporates for over 20 years. He has designed and delivered wellbeing courses, bootcamps and written books on the topic
Gen Healthy Minds was established in 2018 and over the past five years has worked with Early Careers teams across a wide range of sectors to deliver our bespoke programmes.
Our offering is unique as we focus our programmes on developing wellbeing and performance of apprentices and graduates. We are the only such provider to work solely with this audience in the UK. The brands shown here are a sample of the clients we have long term relationships with to support their colleagues on their graduate or apprenticeship programmes.
Our programmes have been integrated into induction programmes, wellbeing programmes and also delivered standalone as part of company conferences and events.
