• We are delighted to share our proposal for a programme to support and develop the Evri graduate programme . Based on our discussions, we have mapped out a development journey that will develop both foundational wellbeing skills and key performance skills to set your colleagues up for long term success.
• The programme would be delivered via 5 one day face to face Masterclasses delivered by the Gen Healthy Minds team of experts.
• The proposed order in which we deliver content is flexible and can change based on business priorities however we do recommend that we build key foundational wellbeing skills as these will underpin all other aspects of the programme.

The diagram outlines the suggested shape, content and timing of a programme to support Evri graduates to flourish and perform at their best.
We would kick off the programme by delivering foundational mental and physical health development to equip them to manage their personal wellbeing every day. We would then follow this up with a day looking at how to build resilience and manage stress in a positive way. With these foundational skills in place, we would move on to look at how graduates can boost their performance and overcome barriers to performace. The final two days would then help graduates to identify their strengths and build their personal brand as well as learn how to communicate in an impactful way by developing effective presentation skills.
