







Gen Healthy Minds was established in 2018 and over the past four years has worked with Early Careers teams across a wide range of sectors and countries to deliver our bespoke programmes. Everything we do is designed to help you thrive and perform at your best in work and life.
Our offering is unique as we tailor our programmes around developing wellbeing and performance of individuals during their journey into Early Careers.
We are delighted to be supporting your Compare The Market Talent Academy throughout 2023.
We will be running a series of online Boost Masterclasses and a high energy interactive face to face session. This mix of sessions will support your wider development.
Our goal is to support you to stay healthy, happy and be able to perform to a high level both in and outside of the workplace. The performance and wellbeing tools and techniques that we will teach you will equip you to take on challenges ahead of you, both during your programme and beyond.
We will be providing you with content and development that we feel is most relevant at each stage of your Early Careers journey.
Sam Bishop is one of the Uk’s leading performance psychologists. Sam works with elite sports men and women as well as top businessmen and women to help them achieve peak performance in their roles.
Mike has worked for nearly two decades in early careers at Barclays and more latterly through his Gen Healthy Minds business working with businesses to deliver wellbeing and performance programmes that support business growth.
George is an international wellbeing speaker, coach and author who has worked with individuals and corporates for over 20 years. He has designed and delivered wellbeing courses, bootcamps and written books on the topic
Below is an overview of your Boost Programme designed to support you to flourish and perform at your best. As you can see, the programme will run 3 online Boost Masterclasses and 1 face to face session, more details of times of each session will be later in this brochure. Each Masterclass will be presented by wellbeing and performance experts George Anderson, Sam Bishop and Mike Thompson.

Our “Boost Your Mental Wellbeing” masterclass helps participants boost their mental wellbeing everyday.
• Learn about positive psychology and positive psychology techniques and how these can boost wellbeing everyday
• Gain practical skills and tools to boost wellbeing including practicing gratitude, check in’s and mindfulness to help you flourish at work
• Explore the “happiness advantage” and how we can be happier everyday
Our “Boost your performance – delivering your goals” masterclass will help participants set and achieve effective goals
• Learn about how to set powerful goals and put in place plans to achieve them
• Build the mindset and behaviours to achieve your goals
• Put in place daily practices and routines to track your performance
Our “Boost Your Confidence” masterclass will help participants explore how confidence can be created and applied.
• Explore tools and techniques to boost confidence in our professional and personal lives to maximise performance
• We will look at the psychology of confidence and how we can train our brains to boost it
Our “Boost Emotional Intelligence” masterclass helps participants to be more emotionally intelligent and why this is key to success at work.
• Understand what is emotional intelligence (EI) and why it is important
• Explore the four dimensions of EI and learn top tips for boosting EI everyday to perform at your best
• Learn tolls and techniques for building your EI and creating strong effective relationships in the workplace
Our “Boost Your Personal Brand” masterclass helps participants to stand out as well as fit in at work.
• Explore the concept of personal branding and why it is important to bring your whole self to work
• How to develop 5 elements of your personal brand and how this can help you have a positive impact on both the organisation and your career
• Practical tools and tips for creating your brand presence in your organisation
• We are all individuals and think and act in different ways so each person going through this programme will take different things from it. The key is that you make it work for you and find the tools and knowledge you can take forward into your career:

• Record your journey– we will be providing you with a journal. Please make sure you bring this to each session
