OverviewIn this mini brochure we have outlined a number of Masterclasses that will help supply chain colleagues to feel and perform at their very best. These sessions would be designed to compliment the recent face to face classes on building resilience and will be packed full of tools and techniques that can be taken straight into the workplace.

The suggested masterclasses would be delivered as half day sessions face to face but can also be delivered online if necessary. They focus on the following different aspects of high performance;

1. High-performance habits – hands-on tools and techniques to boost your physical and mental health every day to perform at your peak and achieve your personal and career goals.

2. Achieving peak performance – and introduction to performance psychology and high performance practices to boost motivation and confidence every day and overcome barriers to performance when they strike.

3. Playing to your strengths – understanding your strengths and boosting your personal brand in the workplace.

High Performance Wellbeing

Take a journey through the mind and understand how you can unlock your true potential through the power of positive thinking (and a bit of science). We look at how we can all train our brains to be more positive, help us rise to challenges and be happier at work and in our personal lives.

We look at what is mental health and proactive tools and techniques to manage your mental health every day. We explore positive psychology practices such as practicing gratitude and how these can re-wire our brains to think in more positive ways

This Masterclass also looks at how to not just survive but thrive no matter where and how you are working. We look at how we can all set our days up for success and manage our mental and physical energy to perform at our peak all of the time. We introduce simple but powerful planning tools to use each day to ensure we build “strategic recovery” into our days to reduce stress and maintain performance. We also explore how our diet, activity, sleep and hydration can help boost our performance.

Achieving peak perfomance

This Masterclass will help you to achieve and maintain peak performance. It will introduce you to performance psychology and look at how this can be used to boost performance and overcome barriers that may get in your way. We all face barriers throughout our careers such as low self confidence, poor motivation and procrastination.

We will explore what is confidence, how is it can be created, affected and applied. We will look at what events and triggers can knock confidence and strategies to deal with them so confidence can be maintained.

You will be equipped on how to create opportunities to improve your confidence and deal with life’s inevitable knocks in a proactive managed way.

Participants will also look at what is motivation and is it given or grown? The session will look at both short and long-term motivation and why at times we can struggle for motivation and procrastinate over tasks or goals that we have in our lives.

You will explore the relationship between targets, expectations and motivation. You will also explore how to motivate themselves in uncertain times and in new environments which is so key in the rapidly changing business landscape.

You will come away from the Masterclass with a better understanding of short-term vs long-term motivation and how personal wellbeing, mindset and positive choices can all be used to improve our motivation and help you achieve your goals.

Playing to your strengths

These Masterclasses will help you explore your “signature strengths” and how to bring these to the workplace to benefit both your career and the organisation. We will look at what signature strengths are and why playing to them is important.

Participants will complete the viacharacter strengths survey and receive insights about themselves that they can take into their everyday working and personal lives.

We will also explore how you can take your strengths and create and boost your “personal brand” so that you can make an impact within the business. We will look at what a personal brand is, why it is important and tools and techniques for building your own powerful personal brand every day.

The session will be highly practical with all participants leaving with a greater understanding of themselves, their strengths and tools and techniques they can use to help achieve their work and life goals.
