●Rear Suspension System Maintenance Schedule 後避震售後服務

The new products in the rear shock absorber series come with a 1 year warranty after being released from the factory. We recommend returning to the factory for maintenance between 1 to 1 5 years or within 10,000 kilometers after the release. This maintenance involves replacing all consumables, oils, checking the shaft and thorough packaging. Once you've completed the factory maintenance, we provide an additional 1 year warranty.

Front Fork Ø43 Core + FFC-250 Assembly (GFA/S-430) GFA/S-430 is a front fork assembly designed for Ø43 core inverted forks ( excluding lower seat ), with an integrated FFC-250 inner tube box. It features a dedicated straight bolt on design, easy to install for specific bikes. Operational stroke, spring load, and spring preload set as foundational values for specialized bike use. Additionally, Gears offers different spring rate for professional track user and rider to customize.

Front Fork Damping System FDS ( Frok Damper System ) Especially designed for small diameter front forks ( inner diameter less than 32mm ), the GFA/S-430 was developed with vehicle limitations in mind. The compact size of small caliber front forks restricts internal space, making it unsuitable for inserting the inner tube box ( FFC-250 ). To maintain performance under these constraints, Gears has implemented a design philosophy focused on large flow and a big piston. The wide area damping force ( W.R.V.P. ) generated by the Front Damping System ( FDS ) and the large piston, with the same pitch as the inner barrel, cater to different weights. Preload adjustments tailored for track use reduce the air content, allowing for a greater volume of oil to prevent heat exhaustion

The Front Damping System ( FDS ) significantly reduces the shift of the center of gravity caused by braking and acceleration, offering precise directionality. This feature caters to high-end chassis players and professional bikers
