I Murales Alla Stazione Porta Nuova

Fino a settembre 2023, la Sala degli Stemmi della Stazione Torino Porta Nuova ospita la mostra “The World of Banksy – The immersive experience” dedicata all’artista sconosciuto più famoso al mondo. La mostra infatti, dopo il successo riscontrato alla Stazione Centrale e al Teatro Nuovo di Milano e nelle città di Parigi, Barcellona, Dubai, arriva nella sala espositiva della stazione torinese. Il percorso immersivo di questa nuova mostra torinese presenta oltre 90 opere di cui 30 murales a grandezza naturale realizzati da giovani street artist internazionali che raccontano il mondo del misterioso artista britannico, famoso per affrontare con ironia importanti temi politici e di denuncia sociale. Accanto ai più iconici capolavori “Flower Thrower” e “Girl with Balloon” che hanno reso Banksy famoso in tutto il mondo, la mostra trova spazio anche una speciale sezione video che ripercorre la storia e il messaggio sociale dei murales realizzati dall’artista in strade, muri e ponti di tutto il mondo.

THE MURALS AT PORTA NUOVA STATION

Until September 2023, the Sala degli Stemmi of the Turin Porta Nuova station hosts the exhibition “The World of Banksy - The immersive experience” dedicated to the most famous unknown artist in the world. In fact, after the success achieved at the Central Station and at the Teatro Nuovo in Milan and in the cities of Paris, Barcelona, Dubai, the exhibition arrives in the exhibition hall of the Turin station. The immersive itinerary of this new Turin exhibition presents over 90 works, including 30 life-size murals created by young international street artists who tell the story of the mysterious British artist, famous for tackling important political and social protest issues with irony. Alongside you will find the most iconic masterpieces “Flower Thrower” and “Girl with Balloon” which made Banksy famous all over the world. The exhibition also finds space for a special video section that traces the history and social message of the murals created by the artist in the streets, walls and bridges from all over the world.

QUEEN EXPERIENCE: FREDDIE MERCURY E LA MITICA BAND

Dopo il successo dell’esposizione dedicata agli scatti di Steve Schapiro a Davide Bowie, l’Archivio di Stato di Torino propone una nuova imperdibile mostra dal titolo “Queen Experience | Peter Hince” dedicata alla mitica band e che spazia tra la grande fotografia e la storia della musica mondiale.

Con la curatela di Ono Arte in collaborazione con Blu&Blu Network, fino al 16 luglio, il capoluogo piemontese ospita questa nuova esposizione con 60 foto del fotografo londinese, alcune delle quali esposte per la prima volta in assoluto, e di oltre un centinaio di cimeli, memorabilia, oggetti e documenti vari, tutti rigorosamente originali. Un racconto in immagini dello straordinario percorso umano e professionale dei Queen e del suo carismatico, amatissimo e mai dimenticato frontman Freddie MercuryArchivio di Stato.

After the success of the exhibition dedicated to Steve Schapiro’s shots of David Bowie, the Turin State Archives is proposing a new not to be missed exhibition entitled “Queen Experience | Peter Hince” dedicated to the legendary band which ranges between great photography and the history of world music. With the curatorship of Ono Arte in collaboration with Blu&Blu Network, the Piedmontese capital is hosting this new exhibition with 60 photos by the London photographer until July 16th. Some are being exhibited for the first time ever, along with over a hundred memorabilia, various memorabilia, and objects and documents, all of which are strictly original. A story in images of the extraordinary human and professional journey of Queen and of its charismatic, beloved and never forgotten frontman Freddie Mercury.
