Melt the butter and set aside.
Whisk the Sukrin Gold and eggs lightly together. Mix the cocoa and vanilla sugar into the egg mixture, then add in the Sukrin Syrup.
Mix the wheat flour and FiberFin together in a separate bowl. Alternate between pouring this and the melted butter into the egg mixture while stirring, until you wind up with a completely smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a tin lined with baking paper. We used a 20 x 20 cm (7,8” x 7,8”) tin. You can also use a round springform pan or a bread tin.

Method
Mix the dry ingredients and add lukewarm water and oil. Knead for 4-5 minutes. (It is important to knead the dough well). Cover dough with clingfilm and let it rise for approx. 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Roll or pat out the dough. Add your favorite toppings. If you make an Italian pizza with a thin crust and 2-3 toppings, bake the pizza as hot as possible for 5-10 minutes. (If you have one, use a baking stone.) If you make an American-style pizza with more toppings and a thicker base and crust, it should be baked at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
This pizza dough contains more fiber than you would get if you were using 100% wholemeal flour. In addition, it has a low GI, and keeps you full longer. If you are using high-protein toppings and low fat cheese, this is fast food you can eat with a clear conscience!
