Baked Dijon Salmon
1/4 cup butter, melted 1/4 c finely chopped pecans 3 tbsp Dijon mustard 4 tsps chopped fresh parsley 1 1/2 tbsp honey Salmon fillet 1/4 c panko crumbs Preheat oven to 400ยบ F. In a small bowl, mix together butter, mustard, and honey. In another bowl, mix panko crumbs, pecans, and parsley. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Brush salmon with honey mustard mixture and sprinkle the top with panko crumbs mixture. Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Garnish as desired.

1/4 med green cabbage, chopped 1/4 med red cabbage, chopped 1/3 c dried cranberries 1 med carrot, shredded
1/3 c slivered almonds 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar pinch of salt
In a bowl, mix together cabbage, carrot, cranberries, and almonds. Mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt and drizzle on cabbage mixture. Toss and serve.

Improved orthotic construction brings satisfying results for TMJ patients bout 2 years ago Mr. Howard Hughes, RDT approached Dr. Steven Hill to see if they could bring their knowledge together to make improvements to an appliance known as an Oral Neuromuscular Orthotic. These types of orthotics are used to correct Temporo-mandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders that have resulted from jaw misalignment. Up until now, the only material commonly available for orthotic construction was heat-cured acrylic. The resulting orthotic would be clear, bulky, and brittle. The improvement that Mr. Hughes and Dr. Hill have developed is a design using a material called Acetyl Resin. This material can be matched to the patient’s teeth, and it is thin, flexible, and durable. The following letters highlight two cases where the Acetyl Resin Orthotic was used, and the patients had positive experiences and very satisfying results. I wanted to write a letter to express my gratitude for all Dr. Steven Hill has done for me. For at least 17 years I have suffered with issues related to my TMJ such as headaches, neck, face and ear pain. I had problems sleeping through the night, and I never really felt rested.
