WELCOME NOTE Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) reiterated its unwavering commitment to boosting the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) based on the vision of wise leadership aiming to support the partnership between the public and private sectors and make Dubai the capital of the global economy at the regional level. Recognizing the importance of this vision, holding the Emirati-French Business Summit endorses this relationship and focuses on boosting the commercial & investment exchange between the RTA in Dubai and the French business community, besides cementing the trading links between the two parties. H.E. MATTAR AL TAYER Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)

Law No (22) for 2015 governing the relationship between the public and private sectors in Dubai aims to foster an investment climate conducive to the private sector, and encourages private enterprises to take part in various development projects. It calls for increased private investments in a variety of fields in support of the economic & social development in the Emirate, and empowers the government to deliver its strategic projects with added efficiency. The RTA has charted out a comprehensive policy for partnership with the private sector and set out a structure for studying & delivering such projects in a scope that acts as a reference in preparing and delivering projects under the PPP model. RTA’s profound experiences in undertaking joint projects with the private sector spans across various infrastructural facets including roads, bridges, underpasses, crossing and several mass transit means. Projects envisaged in RTA’s Strategic Plan 2019-2023 will open up new horizons for cooperation and partnership with the private sector. We welcome the participants to the Emirati-French Business Summit, wishing every success to this event in promoting bilateral cooperation and partnership.

The RATP Dev logo comprises two inseparable components, the face symbol and the “RATP Dev” name. Neither component can be modified, moved or changed. As the logo is a fixed, protected and non-modifiable image, its proportions, colours and the composition of its constituent factors cannot be changed.

The RATP Dev logo as defined is applicable to all materials using the proportions, colours and rules specified herein. The minimum size for the RATP Dev logo is 25 mm in length.

It is preferable to apply the RATP Dev logo using its institutional colours as a priority. Nevertheless, depending on the application or printing methods, it is possible to use a monochrome logo (cf. page 10).

When we talk about the brand in a usual document, it is written RATP Dev with “RATP” in capital and “Dev” in capital and lower case.
