RAMBO HAMMERCUTTERS How do they work? RAMBO shredders are Hammercutter ™ rotating cutting hammers.

The material is loaded onto the vibrating table which distributes it in a uniform and efficient feeding. Feeding rollers flatten and push the material into the shredder, where the rotor shreds the material, consisting of swinging hammers in a closed labyrinthine system. RAMBO IN DETAIL The rambo is a rotating shredder with cutting swinging hammers (HammerCutter™)

It is ideal solution for harsh and demanding environments, where maximum availability and high capacity is required. F-drive transmission and engine Engine with V-belt transmission. Disc brake and hydraulic belt tension. X-Cross Rotor ™ It is a piece of high resistance and in turn of maximum balance. Equipped with long and short Hammers, forming a labyrinthine system to process the materials. HammerCutter™ Hammers Its cutting system against anvils provides high efficiency, its geometry allowing them to process fibrous materials such as plastics and textiles. Hammers can be recharged by welding, decreasing spare parts costs.

If the 8-ton rotor does not stop with an auxiliary brake, the rotor continues to rotate up to 30 min, after cutting the electric power supply.

Components are equally important and we only accept the highest quality in the market. • We seek the highest quality components in the market and we conduct thorough checks thereon. • We analyse customer needs and evaluate possible specific manufacturing settings. • We select pieces of steel, 100% SSAB Oxelösund. • We cut, mill and weld all the mill parts in-house. 8 kg Hammers, 8,000kg Rotor + 850 rpm RESISTANCE TO CONTAMINANTS The swinging hammer system ensures that when a contaminant is introduced into the shredding system, it does not cause damages, because these are retracted into the rotor. In turn, the labyrinthine system prevents them from entering the sieve.
