All too thinly stretched/resource starved UK Market surveillance authorities have a huge breadth of responsibilities. In our area of concern the UK is seeing unprecedented quantities of non-compliant PPE/Safety Equipment land on our shores. For example, some Internet trading sites openly drop ship non-compliant PPE from multiple global areas with seemingly little worry for the safety of other’s or the countries law.
