Mike Stevens served his entrepreneurial apprenticeship on the start-up team at innocent drinks before co-founding the good-for-you confectionery company Peppersmith. After scaling and selling Peppersmith, Mike is now a consultant and advisor for challenger and scale-up brands. He wrote the best-selling The Direct-ToConsumer Playbook. In the book, he interviews the founders of the best-in-class DTC brands and asks them how they achieved their success. It’s a deep dive into these brands’ strategies, tactics, missteps and triumphs in a rapidly evolving market. The Direct-To Consumer-Playbook is available from allgood bookshops and shortlisted for the 2023 business book of the year.

Andrew Fox, with over 15 years marketing and digital experience spanning across the globe, is known for disrupting industries, building transformative marketing teams and programs to deliver commercial and customer growth. Having worked for American Express, Vodafone, Westfield, Mastercard, IKEA and Aviva, he is no stranger to utilising the latest tech, platform and advertising capabilities within start-ups through to large matrix organisations, to drive a change and put brands on the map.
